On April 16th, Polk County Family & Community Outreach will be hosing a Polk County Older Adult Summit. This event will be located at Western Oregon University – Pacific Room. At this summit you will hear from organizations including Northwest Senior & Disability Services, Monmouth Senior Community Center, Kueny Law, and many more! There will also be discussion around barriers & services for the older adult population.

Free lunch, snacks, and parking will be available at this event.
